My quilting journey began at just 10 years old, picking out fabrics at Norton House Quilting, the fabric shop my grandmother started over 55 years ago in Wilmington, Vermont. Norton House was her pride and joy, and she nurtured my passion for quilting from those early days, teaching me to stitch with precision and heart. When she passed, my grandfather told me she wanted me to continue her legacy. That’s how Quilting Your Legacy was born, created to keep her spirit alive and to inspire others to quilt with purpose and love.
